12/16/06

I'll make this short tonight. I haven't blogged in a while so I thought that I would tonight. I ate a slice of bacon, 1 egg, 1 hashbrown, and a piece of toast for breakfast. I ate a bologna sandwich for lunch. I did Crunch Ab Attack this morning. I am ready and waiting on everyone else to get ready to go to Parson's for the Gilmore Family Christmas. I have drank 22 oz of water with Mango Manderin Green Tea to Go in it and now I am drinking 22 oz of water with nothing in it just plain water. We will be getting ready to go pretty soon so I will close by saying that I bought a digital scale Thursday and now I can have an accurate weight and not have to just guess at what our scale says.

11-18-06

I ate a two pieces of bacon, an egg, and a slice of SanFransico Sour Dough bread toasted for breakfast. I ate a French dip (roast beef and motzerlla on a french roll) for lunch with a few potato chips. I ate a bagel a little while ago when I came home from church. I have been drinking water today. I am watching the NASCAR BUSCH SERIES race from Homestead Miami speedway. I walked a lot today not only outside with the dog but in Wal-Mart and at the mall. I am not done walking yet but the final numbers from the pedometer are 6172 steps and2.92 miles. I don't know if I am looking forward to facing the scale on Monday night or dreading it only time will tell. I have been so busy at work but I have done good with staying away from the sweets in the breakroom. We were getting ready for the Reindeer run and we got the best score of the 13 stores in our district. The leader coming in to the second to last store was one in Arkansas on the first or second day until Webb City took over the lead for say OH an hour or so but we ended up with a higher score than them. Boy is my schedule crazy this week only two days of coming in at my normal times and then Thursday through Saturday coming in earlier than normal. My schedule for this week is 9-1 on Sunday, off Monday and Tuesday, 7-2 Wednesday, 6-12 Thursday (Turkey Day), 5-12:30 Friday (Black Friday), and Saturday 6:30-2:00. We start opening an hour earlier the next Monday.

11-6-06

I haven't written for a while so here goes. I removed 0.75 of a pound this week and I am 33 pounds away from reaching KOPSland. I ate a bowl of Special K Vanilla Creme cereal for breakfast. I ate a few goldfish crackers for a snack. I ate a Grilled Chicken Sandwich from Sonic for lunch today. I ate a bagel when I got home from TOPS a little while ago. I haven't tried on my goal jeans today but I will here in a minute. I just tried them on and they will go over my backside part way anyhow. I just have to work out really hard to fit into them. My goal is to try to wear them by the first of 2007. That is just 7 weeks away. I need to work really hard for the next 7 weeks and hopefully I will be able to wear those jeans. I think that by doing abs everyday that will help alot.

My Jornery to KOPSLAND 10-28-06

I kinda had a small set back this week I stayed the same after a small gain the week before. I had planned on being in a size 10 jeans by now but I am still in a size 12-14 it depends on the jeans. I am back on track now after figuring out why I had small gains this past summer. I haven't been logging my workouts and I haven't been scheduling my workouts. I go back to that and it hadn't shown up on the scale just yet but give it time and it will.
